Very happy with the inner window installation work and how it was conducted (all on time, good value, considerate e.g. they took care to keep surrounding house clean and explain status of the order etc.). The inner window installation has made a huge difference to the road noise levels – we’ve just unreservedly recommended Chelsea Doors and Windows to a neighbour.

Adam and his workmen were knowledgeable, polite, respectful and helpful. I felt very comfortable leaving them working in the house while I went out. From the initial inspection visit through to the final tidying up of the bits and bobs, everything was undertaken in a professional, timely and tidy manner. The work was completed on time and to budget, and I have every intention of using Chelsea Doors and Windows for other refurbishment projects. These are tradesmen that you can trust.

Full bathroom refurbishment. One of the most efficient and reliable builders I have come across. Adam is both helpful and trust-worthy and someone who is willing to go the extra mile to get a job done. At the beginning, I asked Adam to only do a full bathroom refurbishment, which consisted of stripping everything out, move pipes, and source/fit the new materials I wanted. By the time he had finished, I had got him to organize an electrician for me. He as well repainted every wall, window and door of my house, removed and replaced radiators, to help the damp company to complete their job. He builded cupboards and shelves as well as endless one-off jobs all at a really reasonable cost. His work ethic was great; he arrived every morning bang on 8am and stayed some days until 6/7pm, also happy to work on weekends when needed. His team was small which meant he could project manage the entire job, even when I wasn’t on site. He was permanently in contact with me, sending photos of updates and checking in with me instead of making decisions on behalf of me (which I often find with other builders). I had set a deadline at the start, but with most jobs, it takes a bit longer to complete, however Adam was willing to hire other builders/ work longer hours to help out at no extra cost to try to stick as close to the deadline as possible. Even after the job has completed, he has checked in with me to make sure everything is working correctly, and is very happy to come over to fix things. Would recommend him highly.

Adam turned up when he said he would, provided a quote for my window within 2 days and had it fitted 9 days later – given that it had been made to measure (and shipped in from Poland) it was an outstandingly quick. In addition to that, I’m really pleased with the look of the window, it’s literally just in so can’t comment on it’s durability but it looks really good quality. Will definitely use Adam again in the future.
